As the end of 2007 approaches The Wave, Muscat would like to wish you all EID Mubarak and a very Merry Christmas and happy New Year. This year has been a fantastic year for The Wave, Muscat and we hope to continue this into 2008. Here’s a few of our November and December highlights.
Almeria South & The Shoreside sells out in hours!
As you know The Wave, Muscat released 80 homes for sale on the 4th November and we’re pleased to say that all 80 units sold out within a matter of hours. More Villas and Apartments are due to be launched in the first quarter of 2008 if you missed out this time. So please watch this space as more information will be sent to you in next month’s update.
Auction Success
The Wave, Muscat is delighted to announce the success of the Beachfront Villa Auction which was held on the 1st December at the Grand Hyatt.
Originally 12 Beachfront homes were up for Auction however, due to demand on the day we were able to release 4 extra houses to an extremely receptive audience.
These exclusive Beachfront properties were bought by 7 buyers, 5 of which originated from Oman and 2 from Dubai. Congratulations to those customers who were successful in purchasing one of these most exclusive homes.
Construction Update
While many of us will be off over EID and also Christmas, construction here at The Wave, Muscat will continue. Now with over 1,500 workers on site and 256 homes under construction, the development is really starting to take shape. Many of our first phase of customers have been to the site to visit their homes as internal rendering begins and have been visiting our Customer Service team to choose their internal finishings.
Here are some interesting facts about our project site:
- We now have over 256 homes under construction
- We have over 1,500 workers on the site
- The main entry bridge onto the site, over the waterway is now under construction
- All of the harbor inner wall blocks have now been cast here on site and are being moved further up the site, from the area near to the Festival ground
- A quarry has been opened near Nizwa to supply us with the rock we need in order to complete the Marine Works
