An exciting 2008 lies ahead for The Wave, Muscat. We certainly have plenty to share with you in the coming months including regular project updates, latest sales releases and information on the first of our customers to move into their new homes.
Construction update
We have now started the construction of 263 houses – these include 133 Villas and 130 Town Houses.
8 of the villas will soon be ready for their owners to visit and take a tour of their new home.
Our Sales Team spent some time last week visiting the construction site to get a real feel for the speed at which the project is progressing. They were all very impressed with the number of homes that are near to completion and how the project is moving forward.
Our show Villas are also close to completion and will be ready for you to visit soon – watch this space for more information on when they will be open.
Work will soon be starting on the entrance to the Sales Centre. We plan a major overhaul of the entrance with landscaping work including shrubbery, water features and spacious parking which will all add to making your visit to The Wave, Muscat as pleasurable as possible.
Construction of the first entrance onto the development is now well underway and you can see this taking shape from the 18th November Street as you drive past the development.
Making the right choice
With the first of our customers seeing their homes rapidly taking shape and nearing completion, we asked a handful of those customers to share their views with The Wave, Muscat. We asked them why they had chosen our thriving and very unique community to live in and here’s what one of customers had to say.
For Hugh & Debbie Raymond, it was an executive decision waiting to be made. A retired British couple based in Dubai, they were looking for a relaxing, serene and laid back environment where they could live in their dream home. An extensive search on the internet led them to The Wave, Muscat, and immediately felt it is what they have been looking for. They’ve been to Oman once before, and were impressed by the Omani culture and heritage, and the generosity of the people. All these things made them feel at home and indeed, “we want to make Oman our home permanently” says Hugh.
Their dream of living close to the sea came true the day they signed the contract for their 4-bedroom villa. “It was a very easy and interesting process and the customer service team was very helpful in assisting us make the right decisions. We got our villa through early reservation in mid 2006, and now almost a year and a half later, we are actually able to see our villa as it appears before our eyes,” adds Debbie. “It’s very important that you have faith in the developer and we trust The Wave, Muscat is going to deliver on what they promised, taking into consideration the experience and reputation of companies developing the project.”
Ocean View and Almeria North Sales Releases
In this quarter the next allocation of Villas and Apartments will be released.
Almeria North is situated at the front of the Marina Village and Marina View apartments will be available to purchase as part of this release. Here you will find 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with some of the 3 bedroom units including a maid’s room. All Almeria North residents will be provided with a landscaped courtyard area and shared swimming pool.
Ocean
View will consist of Waterfront and Park View Villas situated in the
heart of the development. Close to the sea front, these villas are only
a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the Marina Village
and are in-between the Kempinski and Fairmont hotels.
