Launches Sale of “Almeria North” Luxury Apartments and Villas in “Ocean View”

The Wave, Muscat is delighted to announce the release of properties within the Ocean View and Almeria North sectors of the development. The sale of properties will start tomorrow and registration process for this sale starts from this morning. 
Ocean View is situated right in the heart of the development. In-between the luxurious 5 star Kempkinski and Fairmont hotels this sector will enjoy tranquility with the amenities of the hotels close-by. Whilst the sale of properties will only take place tomorrow 9th March, however, interested purchasers are required to register at the Wave, Muscat Sales Centre with a OMR 3,000 cheque and a copy of their ID/passport. Since this will happen on a first come first served basis, it is highly recommended that those who are interested register as soon as possible.
